Shipping policy
How physical orders are processed, shipped, and supported within the United States.
Where we ship
We currently ship physical products only to addresses in the United States. We do not accept international shipping addresses.
Cost and timing
Standard shipping is a flat $10 per order. Orders are usually prepared within [2–3 business days] and typically arrive within [3–7 business days] after shipment. These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.
Digital products
Digital products do not require shipping. Their private download links appear after Stripe confirms payment and remain available for 24 hours. Contact [support@example.com] if a replacement link is needed.
Problems with delivery
Please contact [support@example.com] within [7 days] of a damaged, missing, or incorrectly delivered order. Include the order number and a description of the problem.
